Bai-Kakaji Polymers Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2013 in Latur, Maharashtra. Since, it has been the leading manufacturer of Alaska (water bottle) closures, CSD 1881 closures and PET preforms.

In 2013 we started with a single preform manufacturing unit. The company now owns SACMI, HUSKY and ASB machines. Our monthly production capacity is- 250 million units of HDPE alaska caps, 38.5 million units of PP caps for carbonated drinks and 1200 MT of PET preforms used for packaging drinking water and other beverages.

Our closures are produced through world class SACMI compression mould machine and PET preforms through best of class Husky and ASB Nissei Injection Moulding machines. The result is smooth, flash-free, tailless, dust-free, leak-proof uniformly thick walled preform with high clarity, superior quality, and near-zero rejection. The preforms are designed to provide uniform material distribution upon blowing resulting in excellent sturdiness and even transparency.
